Tuskeen Jacobs
Tuskeen has practiced exclusively in family law since 2001, her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (psychology major), Bachelor of Law and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She is admitted to practice as Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia. Tuskeen's professional affiliations include membership with the Queensland Law Society, Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland. She is also a committee member of Relationships Australia and the Queensland Office of Women's Affairs. Tuskeen works closely with accountants, financial planners and counsellors to provide clients with comprehensive advice and support in their family law matter. Tuskeen has extensive experience to assist clients with complex marital and de facto property settlements, Binding Financial Agreements, children's issues, divorce, spousal maintenance and child support. Prior to practicing family law, Tuskeen worked as a crisis counsellor focusing on children's concerns.
