We have also had vast experience in representing clients in the Family Court of Australia in relation to jurisdictional matters in complex property and child related matters.
Our experience includes representing clients in Canada, China, Germany, Holland, Hong Kong, Japan, Netherlands, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
Hartley Healy has the available resources to assist clients in international matters. We communicate with all our overseas clients via email and we can scan documents and email them. We coordinate teleconferences at a convenient time, negating any time differences and the tyranny of distance.
We have assisted many clients who are living or working overseas to resolve their family law dispute in Australia. We have a substantial international client base and we regularly act for expatriate Australians living and working overseas.
