Gold Coast

The Gold Coast office of Hartley Healy was opened in Southport in April 2007. The office was opened as a result of our desire to service more effectively our clients' family law and de facto law needs in the South East region of Queensland . The Gold Coast office makes it more convenient for clients who live in the area and northern New South Wales to regularly attend necessary meetings. The Gold Coast family law office was the second step in achieving our vision of being Queensland 's most desirable family law service provider.

This office services the areas around and between Southport and Tweed Heads on the Gold Coast.

The Gold Coast office is headed up by Associate and Accredited Family Law Specialist Beata Leszczuk who commenced with Hartley Healy (then Hartley Family Law Services) in 2002. Beata works closely with colleague Dannielle Young who commenced as a family law solicitor with Hartley Healy in 2008. Managing Partners Brett Hartley and Joe Healy also commute to the Gold Coast office from their base in the head office in Brisbane.

At Hartley Healy, we encourage a strong and cohesive work environment so that our solicitors work together as a team regarding complex and tactical issues, regardless of which office they work from.

The Gold Coast office is located at Level 4, Southport Central Tower 1, 56 Scarborough Street , Southport. Southport Central Towers is currently the largest mixed use development under construction and is made up of three towers which will allow for commercial, retail and residential letting. While sitting between the beautiful Broadwater and hinterland found in the Southport region, Southport Central Towers are still in the heart of the Southport business district, thus allowing Hartley Healy to provide our family law services with a view.
