Gavin Lai joined Hartley Healy in November 2007.
Gavin holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Queensland University of Technology and completed his Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Education and Training at the University of Queensland.
Gavin was admitted as a solicitor in 2005 and has practiced in Family Law since that time. His professional affiliations include membership with the Queensland Law Society, the Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland as well as the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. He is admitted to practice as a solicitor in the High Court Australia and Supreme Court of Queensland.
Whilst Gavin has experience in all aspects of Family Law, he has a particular interest in property and relocation matters. Gavin works closely with many industry professionals to ensure clients are provided with appropriate and comprehensive advice and support regarding their Family Law matters.
Gavin is committed to the Hartley Healy philosophy of team work with the aim of providing superior advice and service to all of our clients. He is available for those clients who prefer to deal with a male Family Law Solicitor.
