We understand that separation is not only stressful and traumatic, but also a very private issue for most people. At Hartley Healy, we recognise and respect a person’s right to privacy and treat their matter with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

We offer two types of online advice packages:

1. “What if I leave” advice (Property Settlement Only)

This advice package should be used if you are contemplating leaving your partner, or if your partner has just left you and you would like some immediate discrete but specific advice about your situation and your rights and entitlements by way of property settlement.

This advice package provides a short but precise advice to you in a private manner.

If you purchase this advice package, we will provide you with a short Questionnaire and some relevant Schedules for you to complete and within 48 hours of you providing this to us, we will provide you with the specific advice which you will be able to view on our website with a confidential password number.

This advice will usually be 250 - 500 words in length depending upon your situation.

The cost for this service is $295.00 (including GST) *subject to change.

2. Quick Advice (All Family Law Areas)

This type of advice is a short form quick advice designed to give you an answer to your question about any aspect of Family Law.

However, if you wish to receive a short property settlement advice then you should use the “What if I leave” advice package as property settlement advices will not be answered in this package.

This package is for any other questions which you would like a short legal advice on. Once you purchase this advice package we will provide you with a relevant questionnaire and once you complete and return this to us with your relevant question, then we will provide you with a short brief advice (200-400 words) about your particular situation. You will be able to access this advice confidentially on our website.

NOTE: If you wish to obtain more detailed advice than offered in the above online packages, then we suggest that you either arrange an initial conference with us or alternatively engage us directly to act for you so that we can provide advices to you on more detailed and complex matters.
