At Hartley Healy, we do not offer free consultations.  However, we do believe it is important to provide some free and general information about family law so that our client’s are aware of their basic rights and entitlements.

In this section of our website, we have a number of information sheets which provide, free of charge a general summary of the important areas of family law and de facto law.  Please be aware that these information sheets do not in any way constitute legal advice.  If you would like to know more about your rights and entitlements in your current situation, then we do encourage you to obtain detailed advice from us either by direct representation or through our online advice section.
